A water bottle and a ‘cricket’ from Steven Spielberg’s 1998 WWII drama Saving Private Ryan.

This item comprises of two items: One is a rubber prop water bottle, customised to look like mud-encrusted leather and metal, which does not open. The second is a metal ‘cricket’, a device that makes the noise of a cricket and was used by the U.S. army to signal to friendly allies. The cricket is not obviously seen on screen, but the water bottle is carried by German soldiers.They are in a very good, production-used condition.
