Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl) Postcard

Stock #34672

”A wise man can learn more from his enemies than a fool from his friends.”

A Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl) postcard from the production of Ron Howard’s 2013 Formula One movie Rush.

The film depicts the rivalry between Formula One drivers James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) and Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl) during the 1970s, when both pushed each other to the limits in order to win the World Championship.

This postcard and others like it were made for the production and used in the scene when Lauda and James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) have an argument whilst signing autographs for fans. Although the Lauda postcard is not obviously seen on screen, other driver postcards are. The postcard features a picture of Brühl as Lauda underneath ‘Formula One World Championship Grand Prix’. On the reverse there is a blank space to fill out a message and address and a place to stick a stamp.

The postcard remains in an excellent condition.
