Return of the Living Dead 4: Necropolis

Baby Zombie Puppet with Cable Controls

Stock #17750

A baby zombie puppet used in the 2005 horror film Return of the Living Dead: Necropolis. When a laboratory accidentally releases a huge amount of toxic Trioxin gas, a zombie outbreak occurs.

The puppet is made of foam latex over a fiberglass shell and attached metal rods forming a skeletal structure. This item has been skillfully crafted to resemble a baby version of the undead. The foam latex has been painted a light green, the hands and feet have been painstakingly sculpted to include tiny fingers and toes, the eyes and mouth are slightly opened, revealing hazy eyeballs, and small, still developing teeth and gums. Adding to this already impressive piece, are a still-connected set of six cable controls which run out of the top of the head. The controls include wires fastened for ease in storage and are also labeled to note the controls of different types of facial movements for the puppet's eyes, eyelids, cheeks, and jaw giving the piece an eerie sense of life. The back of the puppet is open, revealing the small shell. An incomplete head brace made from resin and painted silver is also included.

This puppet shows signs of wear and missing sections of foam latex along the arms and legs from age, but the piece remains in overall fair condition.
