Mark 2 Bazookoid

Stock #31937

”Perhaps I didn't make myself clear. I said supper is ready! Is anyone still unclear as to the supper situation? No? Excellent!”

A Mark 2 Bazookoid heavy weapon from the BBC TV series Red Dwarf. This style of bazookoid was used by the main characters throughout series 7.

This highly destructive sci-fi weapon is made of resin with metal and plastic components attached across the body. The prop features a removable magazine that slots into the top, a functional trigger and grip and a top carry handle, while mounts on the weapon allow for the attachment of a sling, which is also included. The ‘JMC’ logo (the acronym of the Jupiter Mining Corporation), as well as ‘Bazookoid MK2’, are marked along the side of the weapon. A button, powered by a 9v battery, lights up on the weapon’s rear.

The paint finish, which is largely intact across the weapon from triggers to barrel, is a sprayed black and blue with silver highlights. In a very good production-used condition, the weapon comes on a bespoke display stand which has the Red Dwarf logo set into the base. The display measures approximately 46cm x 65cm x 29cm (18” x 25.5” x 11.5”).
