Meredith Vickers’ (Charlize Theron) escape pod door used in the production of Ridley Scott's 2012 prequel Prometheus. Led to a distant planet by ancient wall paintings, scientists Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace) and Charlie Holloway (Logan Marshall-Green) join a corporate-sponsored mission to discover the source of life on Earth. But in the ruins of an alien space craft, the human explorers soon find that all is not as it seems, and a great threat lurks in its deep holds.

Meredith Vickers escapes the Prometheus just prior to the ship's suicide run to stop the escaping alien ship. The set piece is made of wood with an acrylic panel within to allow a glimpse of the escape pod inside. The frame is marked "EP-05", it is finished in grey with orange detailing and yellow warning stripes running along the floor. Similar orange and grey markings are present on the acrylic panel. A tape label on the side reads "Escape Pod #2".

Displaying some marks and scratches from its time in use on the production, the set piece remains in overall good condition.
