Elizabeth is featured in the audience of the Royal Society Event and can be seen looking rather displeased as she sits next to the pirate ‘scientists’ as they loudly nibble on popcorn throughout the show! ! Her dress has been made from foam latex and displays intricate detailing around the collar and sleeves. Her skin and hair are silicone with plasticine around her pose-able eyes. She features a removable mouthpiece made from ‘Rapid Prototyped’ resin with the reference ‘Elizabeth 04 05’ written inside of her head; this would have been alternated by puppeteers. Her upper body can be animated via an intricate internal metal armature. Elizabeth is presented on a bespoke display stand and remains in outstanding condition. She measures approximately 29.5cm (11.75”) in height with the stand measuring approximately 17.5 x 17.5cm (6.75 x 6.75”) around the base.

In The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists, Hugh Grant stars in his first animated role as the luxuriantly bearded Pirate Captain – a boundlessly enthusiastic, if somewhat less-than-successful, terror of the High Seas. With a rag-tag crew at his side and seemingly blind to the impossible odds stacked against him, the Captain has one dream: to beat his bitter to the much coveted Pirate Of The Year Award. It's a quest that takes our heroes from the shores of exotic Blood Island to the foggy streets of Victorian London. Along the way they do battle with the pirate-hating Queen Victoria and team up with a young Charles Darwin, but never lose sight of what a pirate loves best: adventure!
