George Patton's (George C. Scott) nose appliance from Franklin J. Schaffner's 1970 biographical war drama, Patton. This film focused on the World War II phase of the career of the controversial American general, George S. Patton. Scott wore this appliance throughout the film to make him look more like the real life Patton.

This nose appliance is crafted from flesh colored latex and covers the bridge of the nose, tip, as well as nostrils. The latex is thicker at the tip, and thinner at the edges allowing it to blend well to the actors face.

This item features some signs of wear from production use and age, including some slight discoloration, but remains in overall excellent condition.
