A Wei Tang Brothers Basketball from Guillermo Del Toro’s 2013 mega monster movie Pacific Rim. In the film, a race of monsters known as ‘Kaiju’ terrorizes earth, forcing mankind to build a team of massive robots, called ‘Jaegers,’ to battle the monsters and save the world. This item comes from the scene in which Raleigh Becket (Charlie Hunnam) first enters the Shatterdome and encounters the triplet pilots of the Crimson Typhoon Jaeger, the Wei Tang brothers.

This commercially sold NCAA Street Champion basketball was manufactured by Wilson with an Optima rubber cover. The ball is orange in color with black lettering, and shows minor wear from production use with markings from being played with. This item remains in good used condition. This piece measures 9” x 9” x 9” (23 cm x 23 cm x 23 cm).
