A PPDC Army Green Duffle Bag from Guillermo Del Toro’s 2013 mega monster movie Pacific Rim. In the film, a race of monsters, called ‘Kaiju,’ terrorizes earth, forcing mankind to build a team of massive robots, called ‘Jaegers,’ to battle the monsters and save the world. This PPDC (Pan Pacific Defense Corps) bag was likely made for background actors to use in the film and is similar to one carried by Raleigh (Charlie Hunnam) when he first enters the Shatterdome.

The bag is made of heavy canvas that has been dyed a dark green. The piece features a zipper down the middle and two handles on either end. The PPDC logo has been sprayed onto the side of the back in black. Due to production use or storage, this item shows light wear to the dye but remains in otherwise good condition. This piece measures 13” x 35” x 13” (33 cm x 89 cm x 33 cm).
