A hand-painted Matthew Yuricich matte painting of a skyscraper at night from Donald Petrie's romantic comedy Opportunity Knocks. Conman Eddie Farrell (Dana Carvey) and his uncle Max (Milo O'Shea) tricked Sal Nichols (James Tolkan) into illegally blowing up the local IRS building.
This matte painting, created for the scene in which Max cajoles Nichols into an agreement, is rendered in mixed media on wood-backed canvas by matte artist Matthew Yuricich with the top left and bottom right corners incomplete. It exhibits minor tearing, most noticeably in the left corner, and scuffs throughout from production and storage.
