A black crew jacket from the production of Don Taylor's 1978 horror sequel Damien: Omen II
Richard (William Holden) and Ann Thorn (Lee Grant) have taken their 13-year-old nephew, Damien (Jonathan Scott-Taylor), into their Chicago home following the death of Richard's brother seven years earlier. The Thorns love the child, whom they are sending to military school, but not everyone is so sanguine about his presence. Soon after Great Aunt Marion (Sylvia Sidney) expresses concerns about the boy, she dies suddenly and unexpectedly. And she is certainly not the last.
Clothes like this are usually handed out as gifts to the crew working on the film. The jacket has poppers down the front and a drawstring at the hem. It is cotton lined, with a Champion® manufacturer’s tag in the collar, no size label or material label though part of a cut-off care tag says ‘machine wash at low temperature’. With the exception of this removed tag, this item is in excellent condition.
Materials: Man-Made Woven Fibres, Ferrous Metals.
