"If Nancy doesn’t wake up screaming…She won’t wake up at all!” One of the most sought after film posters of the 80's and the horror genre. Matthew Peake's beautifully imagined artwork for Wes Craven’s “A Nightmare on Elm Street” introduced the world to one of horror’s most evil and greatest personalities: Freddy Krueger. With his face obscured and only his trademark razor clawed glove seen clearly, the horror on Nancy's (Heather Langenkamp) face is palpable.
