Three Allan Cameron hand-drawn concept artworks from the production of Stephen Sommers' action-adventure sequel The Mummy Returns. These pieces depict Cairo train station, the ancient Karnak ruins where Imhotep's (Arnold Vosloo) party camped on their journey to Ahm Shere, and the atrium of the temple where the O'Connells (Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz) discovered the Bracelet of Anubis.
All three concepts are rendered in pencil, with white acrylic paint applied to the drawing labelled "Karnak". The "Cairo Station" and "Treasure Chamber" drawings consist of two pieces of paper joined with tape to form larger sheets. Presented in a rolled condition, the lot displays minor wear from production use, including creasing, smudge marks and folded corners. Dimensions (largest sheet): 56 cm x 110 cm (22" x 43 1/4")
