Storyboards for the climactic train sequence from Brian De Palma’s 1996 spy thriller Mission: Impossible.
The climax of the film took place on a train going from London to Paris, as Jim (Jon Voight) tried to escape from Ethan (Tom Cruise) in a helicopter. The set consists of 63 pages of printed storyboards which plot out the sequence on top of the train. The illustrations are accompanied by printed notes and are bound together in sequence with a metal fastener.
The storyboards have some wear from production use and age, including creasing, edgewear, rusting around the metal fastener and water staining. The bottom of the pages have been slightly warped. Overall they remain in a very good condition.
Materials: Paper, Ferrous Metals.
