Trinity’s (Carrie-Anne Moss) Beretta 92 compact stunt pistol from the Wachowskis’ sci-fi action sequels The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions (both 2003).
The Machines are getting closer to the last human city of Zion, and it is up to Neo (Keanu Reeves), Trinity and Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) to enact a last-ditch plan to save humanity.
Trinity used her pistols throughout the two movies, notably pointing one at Persephone (Monica Bellucci) when she lusted after Neo, and against the guards in the club when she confronted The Merovingian (Lambert Wilson).
The weapon is a highly detailed mould of one of Trinity’s hero Berettas used in the film, constructed from solid rubber with metal inserts to give it a more realistic weight. Stunt pistols would have been used when it wasn’t necessary to use the hero versions.
The Beretta was originally acquired from weapons co-ordinator Robert ‘Rock’ Galotti and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from him. The piece shows some minor wear from production use including some scuffing, but remains in an otherwise excellent condition.
Materials: Rubber, Ferrous Metals.
