League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen, The

Moriarty Uzi Gun Shell with Long Muzzle

Stock #19230

"If you can't do it with one bullet, don't do it at all."

A gun shell used by Moriarty's guards in Stephen Norrington's 2003 comic book adaptation The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Set in the Victorian era, a group of contemporary fantasy and adventure characters - including Allan Quatermain (Sean Connery), Dorian Gray (Stuart Townsend) and Captain Nemo (Naseeruddin Shah) – team up on a secret mission to save the world.

Weapons such as this can be seen being used by the villain Moriarty's (Richard Roxburgh) guards throughout the movie against the league. This fantasy weapon was made to hold a live firing Uzi for the gunfire shots, with this handmade black metal box with incredibly long muzzle surrounding it to make it look more industrial and from a past age.

It would have been a very heavy prop with a hero weapon inside, and the shell has sustained some battle damage from its use on set revealing grey metal beneath the flaking paint, and it no longer has a leather strap. Despite this the item remains in a good condition.

Materials: Ferrous Metals.
