A Brachiosaurus maquette from Steven Spielberg’s sci-fi film Jurassic Park. Phil Tippett is credited as the film’s Dinosaur Supervisor, and produced stop-motion animatics for the dinosaur sequences, as well as supervised the CG animation. Tippett won the Oscar^® for Best Visual Effects for his work on this film at the 66th Academy Awards^®.

The maquette was created by Stan Winston Studio as a reference piece for Phil Tippett to create go-motion puppets. This Brachiosaurus maquette is made of biscuit foam and is expertly painted by the production.

The maquette shows minor wear due to production use but remains in very fine condition. Dimensions: 8 ½” x 32” x 32” (22 cm x 81 cm x 81 cm)
