A set of storyboards and production ephemera from the production of Martin Campbell’s 1995 spy thriller Goldeneye, Pierce Brosnan’s first outing as superspy James Bond.
A Russian nuclear space weapon is hijacked and Bond (Pierce Brosnan) must team up with the lone survivor of the hijacking and take down a former British agent who has defected and long been thought dead.
This collection features 65 pages of storyboards, detailing the famous tank chase through the streets of St. Petersburg. The pages are photocopies of the original and feature little descriptions and information next to the illustrations. Some of the illustrations have been highlighted in yellow, the pages are held together with a metal fastener and are dated ‘10/03/95’.
The collection also features production ephemera such as memos, schedules, location maps, contact lists, information sheets and even a couple of English-language Russian newspapers. The location maps are in Russian.
All of the papers have some wear from production use and age, including some creasing and the metal fasteners have become rusted. Overall the collection remains in an excellent condition.
