A crew jacket from the production of Lee Tamahori's 2002 James Bond film Die Another Day. After being betrayed during a mission in North Korea and eventually returned to MI6, Bond (Pierce Brosnan) has to hunt down British entrepreneur Gustav Graves (Toby Stephens) before his solar weapon can be used on the Korean peninsula.
Jackets were gifted to the cast and crew for their work on the production. The padded black Montane coat is made from a polyester Nylon blend, is marked as a size XL, and features a hood and multiple pockets. “007” is embroidered in white thread on the left breast and a zip fastening runs down the front. An internal maker label displays the text “Conway” written in black marker.
The jacket shows signs of wear including light marks on the exterior and lining, three small holes located on the upper left of the back of the garment, dirt remnants along the hem and the embroidery has become discoloured over time. However, in spite of this wear, the jacket remains in good condition.
