A crew cap from Brian Singer’s 2013 fantasy adventure Jack the Giant Slayer.
Young farmboy Jack (Nicholas Hoult) is obsessed with the legend of the giant-beating King Erik – as is Princess Isabelle (Eleanor Tomlinson). When asked to sell his uncle’s horse, Jack gullibly trades it for a bag of magic beans which release a giant beanstalk that extends to the giants’ skybound home. When Isabelle is taken prisoner by the giants, Jack and some of the king’s men must go to her rescue.
This black cotton cap features a silver and grey embroidered patch on the front, bearing the beanstalk and lion Kingdom of Cloister crest. Interestingly the film was originally titled Jack the Giant Killer, so the crest has the initials ‘JTGK – 2011’ at its base. The peak features a laurel or beanstalk leaf wreaths embroidered in silver-coloured thread on each side. A Velcro® strap at the back allows for size adjustments.
The cap remains in excellent overall condition.
Materials: Man-Made Woven Fibres.
