A bloody Wehrmacht General’s jacket from Quentin Tarantino’s 2009 war film Inglorious Basterds.
A secret squad of US Jewish soldiers is put together to assassinate the Nazi leadership in occupied France during WWII.
Various guests of the premiere of Zoller's (Daniel Brühl) war hero film wore this style of jacket as part of their uniform.
The grey and red trimmed jacket is adorned with silver braids fixed at the right shoulder beneath silver epaulettes. Red and silver dual bar embroidered collar tabs feature here as well as on the cuffs. The jacket fastens at the front with silver buttons. It features the Nazi 'Reichsadler' emblem on the right breast. The cotton garment is in a production distressed condition. Bullet holes and prop blood spatter cover much of the surface of the jacket. Due to the 'wet look' that required during hours of filming, the blood is still slightly tacky. There is no size marked.
Overall it remains in an excellent production-used condition.
Materials: Ferrous Metals, Man-Made Woven Fibres.
