Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade

Original Production-Used Storyboard - Sallah Looks Back

Stock #81913

“Sallah, I said *no* camels. That's *five* camels. Can't you count?”

A framed, production-used storyboard copy used in the production of Steven Spielberg's classic adventure film Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade.

Pages such as this were integral to the creation of the movie, and enabled the team to visualise each shot early on. This illustration shows a shot in which Sallah (John Rhys Davies) separates from Indy (Harrison Ford) and looks back over his shoulder.

This production used copy is signed by veteran producer Robert Watts. Printed on white A4 sized paper, the storyboard features printed pencil notes 'Sallah looks back' and 'Cut to'. Dated 3/30/88, it has been stamped 'TANK 009' and most likely would have been part of a larger sequence of storyboards. The storyboard comes presented in a custom-built display with laser cut mount board featuring the movie title and brief description.

Materials: Wood, Acrylic, Paper, Card, Ferrous Metals.
