Perhaps' the screen's most successful casting and storytelling for Oscar Wilde's British romantic comedy farce "The Importance of Being Earnest" (1952). Artist Eric Pulford has brought the characters to life in this colourful and stylish British One-Sheet. The illustrations for Lady Letitia Prism (Margaret Rutherford) and Miles Malleson (Canon Chasuble) are particularly memorable.
