A Heraklion warrior's helmet from Tarsem Singh’s 2011 fantasy action movie Immortals.
King Hyperion's (Mickey Rourke) barbaric subjects can be seen wearing their intimidating masks throughout the movie, trying to stop Theseus (Henry Cavill) and his companions acquiring the legendary Epirus Bow and defeating the ruthless king's plot to release the Titans.
Made from fibreglass with a sinister skeletal design, the helmet is hinged to allow the protective full face segment to be raised. It has been painted a dull metallic black with a layer of bronze to give it the appearance of battleworn metal and has a protective leather cowl that extends down the back and across the shoulders. The 'size' is adapted used elastic and velcro inside, and the piece is in a well worn but very good condition.
Materials: Fibreglass, Leather, Ferrous Metals, Man-Made Woven Fibres.
