Peter Banning's (Robin Williams) Pan costume from Steven Spielberg's fantasy adventure Hook. Banning wore his signature Pan costume throughout the later scenes of the film after rediscovering his identity in Neverland. Banning's Pan costumes were designed by Anthony Powell, who won an Academy Award® for his work.
This costume consists of a white cotton-lined, green and brown suede poncho-style top with a leaf-patterned collar, shoulders, and hem, white trim on the shoulders, a resin-beaded tying closure, and a Columbia Studios tag sewn into the lining, as well as a pair of matching short trousers with an elastic waistband and frayed ankle cuffs. The costume is in good overall condition with intentional weathering and discolouration applied throughout by production, as well as some frayed suede from age.
