Toni Mannix's (Diane Lane) vintage brocade jumpsuit from Allen Coulter's 2006 period drama, Hollywoodland. In the film, private eye Louis Simo (Adrien Brody) investigates the death of actor George Reeves and the connection between his affair with the wife of MGM executive Eddie Mannix (Bob Hoskins). This jumpsuit was worn by Tony when George Reeves (Ben Affleck) informs her that his television series, Superman, had been picked up by the studios.
This vintage garment is pink in color with a floral pattern throughout, and includes an olive tafetta cumberbund. The dress zips up in the back and measures 37" (bust), 26" (waist), and 36" (hip). Paired with the jumpsuit is a production tag with the films original title, "Truth, Justice, and the American Way," and a note indicating its use for the character Toni Mannix.
The jumpsuit shows minor wear due to use and age, and has a faulty zipper, however it remains in otherwise good worn condition.
