This is a decorative head piece from the production of the 2005 sci-fi film The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. These hand crafted gold pieces were made for the two Hyper-Intelligent Pan-Dimensional Beings who created the super computer, Deep thought. The head pieces can be seen worn by the duo in a flash back scene as Zaphod (Sam Rockwell) explains planet Magrathea, where supercomputer Deep Thought gave the answer to the Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything to match.

Crafted out of thin gold wire, this item features beautiful intricate detailing, four underside loop attachments and a rounded structure making it easy to fasten to the actor's head. Due to production use this item display light wear but overall remains in good condition. The entire piece measures approximately 9" x 9" (23cm x 23cm.)
