A full sized Timberwolf stand in from the 2011 thriller The Grey. This wolf was used by production as a stand in during scenes in which computer generated wolves were unnecessary. This type of wolf can also be seen in the beginning of the film where Ottway (Liam Neeson) kills a wolf about to attack a group of people.
This large, full sized wolf is made from a dense under-structure, covered in lifelike faux black and white hair, and features realistic detailing on the feet and head area, as well as features realists glass eyes. It also includes a hose coming out of the back end that when air pressure is applied to it, would inflate the belly of the wolf to simulate breathing.
The wolf features a pose-able tail, faux blood stains on the chest and feet areas, and is attached via small screws to a metal base. This piece measures 49" x 37" x 13" (124cm x 93cm x 33cm) and is in good filming condition. Item is for sale within the US only.
