A miniature egg from the 1998 monster film remake, Godzilla. In the film, a mutant reptilian creature dubbed as "Godzilla" by the media travels to New York City and leaves a path of destruction in its wake.
Eggs are seen toward the end of the film in the miniature set used to depict the monster's lair in Madison Square Garden. The piece is made of resin and has been finished with a rough textured surface and painted a muddy brown with red veins and cobwebs.
The egg shows wear from production-made distressing and use, but remains in overall good condition.
