An autographed photograph of Elvis Presley from when he was starring in Norman Taurog’s 1960 comedy musical G.I. Blues.
This black and white photo of a young Elvis with his signature quiff has been autographed in blue pen and addressed ‘To Sally’. The photograph has a blue border with guitars, vinyls, musical notes and hearts decorating it. ‘Sincerely Elvis Presley’ is printed on the bottom, and ‘From: Promotion Department, Mrs. Trude Forsher, Promotion Co-Ordinator’ printed on the back.
There is some minor wear from age and storage, including a few creases in the corners and the remnants of tape that previously attached it to a backing. Elvis also appears to have made a mistake when signing it, quickly scribbling it out before signing his name. Considering the age of the piece it remains in an excellent condition.
Materials: Paper, Card.
