Flintstones, The

Pair of T-1138 Valet Parking Tickets

Stock #33175

A pair of T-1136 Valet Parking Tickets from Brian Levant's 1994 take on the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon, The Flintstones. In the film, Fred Flintstone (John Goodman) finds unexpected wealth when he is promoted at work, causing a rift in his friendship with Barney (Rick Moranis) and Betty (Rosie O'Donnell). While unseen in the final cut of the film, the Flintstones can be seen pulling into valet parking stalls as they embark on a spending spree and as they arrive at the Cavern of the Green.

Made from plaster, this ticket features T-1138 carved into the facing of both tickets, as an inside joke and homage to George Lucas' film, THX 1138. Both have been constructed to appear perforated by dinosaur teeth, with the larger more complete ticket reading 'T-1138 Valet Parking. Not responsible for anything.' The material has been painted with varying earth tone colors, giving it a stone-like appearance. The larger of the two tickets measures approximately 5.5" x 6" x 1" (3cm x 14cm x 15cm) and both remain in very good production made condition.

Item size - 6" x 1" x 10" (15.24cm x 2.54cm x 25.4cm)
