A stunt flash gun from Gavin Hood’s 2012 sci-fi adaptation, Ender’s Game. In the film, Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield) is recruited to lead the International Fleet against the alien race known as Formics. These guns were made for use by the young cadets when training in the zero gravity Battle Room. The stun guns attached to the thigh of their flash suits via magnets and were used to freeze their opponents.

A majority of the gun is made from urethane. The gun also features resin handle and butt pieces, as well as a resin cover around the core connector magnet piece. The piece has been painted silver, copper, blue and black to match the hero guns created for the film. Metal coil pieces have been cut and glued into place on both portions of the barrel. The gun measures 10” x 7” x 1” (25 cm x 18 cm x 3 cm) and remains in fair condition.
