A prop 1 Amero bill used in the production of the Neill Blomkamp's hit sci-fi action film Elysium. When ex-convict Max da Costa (Matt Damon) suffers a fatal dose of radiation, he does the only thing he can to be cured - he takes on a job from his former crime boss in exchange for a flight to the satellite community of Elysium. But when the job goes bad and Elysium agents hunt him down, the race for survival truly begins.
This note and others like it can being waved as the desperate people of Los Angeles try and buy passage to Elysium on one of Spider's (Wagner Moura) illegal shuttle runs. Made of heavy paper, the multi-coloured future currency is printed in greens, reds and yellows and marked for use in the North American Union Commercial Zone â€“ the USA, Canada and Mexico â€“ with an image of North America and the denomination in English, French and Spanish on one side and a perched eagle on the reverse.

The note remains in an excellent production-used condition, with no distressing measuring 15cm x 6.5cm (6â€ x 2.5â€).
