Cook's (James Biberi) Bloody Costume

Stock #113099

"A lot of guys mess around with married women, but you're the only one I know who robs a joint just to pay back the husband. Crazy."

Cook’s (James Biberi) bloody costume from Nicolas Winding Refn’s 2011 crime drama Drive.

An unnamed stuntman and mechanic (Ryan Gosling) moonlights as a getaway driver and finds himself in deep trouble when he helps out his neighbour.

This bloody costume was for the scene in which Cook is stabbed to death in the diner by Bernie (Albert Brooks). The costume consists of a Puma® tracksuit jacket, white vest, sling, arm cast and fork. Cook has his arm broken by the Driver (Ryan Gosling), necessitating the cast, and is stabbed in the eye with the fork just before Bernie kills him. The costume is stained with faux blood, although it has been washed since production. The vest has been torn down the back and pinned back together and the fork is made of plastic painted to look like metal.

The costume has wear from production use and remains in an excellent condition. It is accompanied with a production label stained with stage blood.

Materials: Ferrous Metals, Man-Made Woven Fibres, Plastic, Plaster.
