A costume worn in the production of Pete Travis’ dystopian thriller Dredd. Assigned a psychic rookie candidate for field training, Judge Dredd (Karl Urban) and rookie Anderson (Olivia Thirlby) hit the streets of Mega City 1 and soon become embroiled in a deep investigation regarding the illegal drug SLO-MO and brutal gang leader Ma-Ma (Lena Headey).
This costume was worn by the trainee judge on her ill-fated assessment. The costume is composed of a jacket and matching trousers made of black leather with a metal zippers and built-in armour made of rubber, which is finished in green, over which is worn a set of body armour. The jacket is marked “Judge Dredd Olivia Thirlby” with the trousers tagged “#3”. The armour is tagged “Sc145 to end” with the badge attached via use of magnets for use in the scene in which Anderson gives up her badge to Judge Dredd. A pair of hero gloves, a damaged pair of hero right-footed boots tagged “Anderson Hero 1”, a belt and a medical pouch complete the outfit.
Displaying signs of natural wear through use with some distressing applied, the uniform remains in very good production-used condition. No sizes are marked.
