Dracula (TV Series 2013)

Daniel Davenport's (Lewis Rainer) Suicide Letter

Stock #67930

A draft suicide letter and an envelope from NBC’s horror-drama Dracula. This set was used for the scenes leading to and after Daniel Davenport’s (Lewis Rainer) suicide in the third episode of the series, with this letter ultimately not seen in the final cut of the episode.

The set consists of the suicide letter and an envelope. The letters are handwritten in black ink on cream coloured paper. The envelope is also made from cream coloured paper with “Father” handwritten in the centre in black ink; father referring to Lord Thomas Davenport (Robert Bathurst). The set remains in excellent production-used condition with the letter measuring 29 cm x 20 cm (11 ½” x 8”).

This is an original asset used in the production of the NBC television drama Dracula. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store, Carnival and NBCUniversal. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the show.
