An SFX guard's head severed by Sieg (Kane Hodder) from the 2017 horror film Death House. Produced to include a number of well-known horror actors, the film follows a pair of agents are escorted through a secret prison known as "Death House," where inmates are tortured though virtual simulations.

In the film, two officers loosen the Sieg's cuffs while the power is out, but that's when he takes the opportunity to kill and behead them. The head is made out of foam urethane that features dark hair adhered to the top of the head, soft rubber teeth and a single eye. Urethane innards are sculpted to hang statically beneath the head and the head is distressed with stage blood, but the piece remains in good overall condition.
