A VFX ghoul face appliance from the 2017 horror film Death House. Produced to include a number of well-known horror actors, the film follows a pair of agents are escorted through a secret prison known as "Death House," where inmates are tortured though virtual simulations.
Made for the production of the film, the appliance is made of foam latex and rests on a styrofoam head. The words "Cabin Ghoul Mask" are also handwritten on the bottom of the head. This item remains unpainted, shows minor wear from age, and although it is unseen in the final cut of the film, it remains in great overall condition.
