Dixie Dwyer’s (Richard Gere) tuxedo jacket from Francis Ford Coppola’s 1984 crime drama The Cotton Club.
Dixie wore his jacket in various scenes throughout the film. It’s a black double-breasted tuxedo jacket, created by tailor Bermans & Nathans, with black satin lapels and pockets, four-button cuffs, fully lined in black satin with one internal pocket. It has a label attached to it that reads: “40 ch 35 w, 477 R. Gere, Cotton Club.”
The item displays minor signs of production use and storage but overall remains in very good condition.
