Coraline

Wybie (Robert Bailey, Jr.) Ears

Stock #114259

A set of Wybie (Robert Bailey, Jr.) ears made for the production of Henry Selick’s 2009 stop-motion film Coraline. A young girl finds a secret world that appears to be an idealized version of her own world. This perfect world begins to unravel as Coraline discovers its dark secrets.

Produced by the innovative stop-motion production company Laika Studios, the ears are constructed from resin and are painted. Consisting of seven pieces, the ears are part of a complete puppet head that would attach to each other using magnets -- a feature that allowed expressions to be easily changed on a puppet during the process of stop-motion capture.

Showing minimal signs of wear, these seven pieces are in overall great condition.
