A costume worn in the production of the post-apocalyptic action film Children of Men, starring Clive Owen and Michael Caine. In a world where no children can be born, Theo (Clive Owen) is asked to help a group of dissidents by his estranged wife Julian (Julianne Moore), and in so doing finds himself in the care of the only pregnant woman on Earth.
This style of costume was worn towards the start of the film as Theo, working as a civil servant in dystopian Britain, is kidnapped by the terrorist Fishes and brought to his ex-wife, activist Julian (Julianne Moore). The costume is composed of a brown pinstripe suit, a dark blue shirt, a brown leather belt, a maroon and grey tie and a long brown raincoat.

Lightly distressed for use on set, the costume features some wear but remains in very good production-used condition and is supplied with its original wardrobe labels. The suit jacket and shirt are marked as size 42“ chest. The trousers are marked as a size 36” waist with a 34” inside leg. The overcoat, which was bespoke for the production, has no size marked.
