Captain America: The First Avenger

Marvel Studios Chair Back

Stock #111369

”I could do this all day.”

A Marvel Studios chair back from the production of Joe Johnston’s 2011 Marvel action-adventure film Captain America: The First Avenger.

Scrawny Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) is rejected for military service as the USA marches to war against Japan and Germany. Helped by Dr Abraham Erskine (Stanley Tucci), Rogers enlists as part of a “super soldier” experiment, becoming the famous Captain America and taking the war to the nefarious Red Skull (Hugo Weaving).

This chair back and others like it would have been used on the set on the directors chairs that actors and crew could sit on between scenes. It is black with a Marvel Studios logo printed in red on one side. The logo has faded slightly with age, there are some loose threads and the chair back has been folded for storage. Overall it remains in an excellent condition.

Materials: Man-Made Woven Fibres.
