Captain America: The First Avenger

Engine Room Plaque

Stock #78354

”A reward? Call it what it is... exile! I no longer reflect his vision of Aryan perfection!”

An engine room plaque from Joe Johnston’s 2011 superhero action film Captain America: The First Avenger.

Weak but plucky Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) enlists in the army during World War II and is chosen to take the experimental ‘Super Soldier serum’. It imbues him with superhuman strength, transforming him into Captain America, and puts him on the front line in the war against the leader of Hydra, the mysterious Red Skull (Hugo Weaving).

This plaque is from an engine room constructed for the film. It is made of silver metal, with deliberately added signs of rust and age. There is sticky residue and discolouration on the back, from the glue used to affix it to a workstation or wall. Other than this, the item remains in good condition.

Materials: Ferrous Metals.
