Bridget’s (Renée Zellweger) passport from Sharon Maguire’s 2001 romantic comedy Bridget Jones’s Diary.
Faced with the prospect of a failed life without a man or good prospects, thirty-something Bridget Jones starts a diary of the changes she’s making in her life - and the growing love triangle between barrister Mark Darcy (Colin Firth) and her playboy boss Daniel Cleaver (Hugh Grant) as she searches for Mr Right.
This passport was made for the production but was not obviously seen in the final cut of the film. It is a reproduction of a genuine British passport and features a photo page alongside other empty printed pages. It includes a photo of Bridget alongside other information such as date of birth and birthplace. The back page has been tacked to the back cover so it easily sat open to the photo page during filming.
It comes presented in a custom-built display with laser cut mount board featuring the movie title and stills of Bridget. The piece has some minor wear from production use and age but remains in an otherwise excellent condition.
