Gil's (Matt Lucas) Oo-Laka Hat from the 2011 Paul Feig comedy hit, Bridesmaids. In the film, maid of honor Annie Walker (Kristen Wiig) finds herself at odds with her fellow bridesmaids while preparing for the wedding of her best friend, Lillian (Maya Rudolph).
This item comes from two deleted scenes in which Annie's roommates attempt to market and sell Oo-Laka Juice from their apartment. Oo-Laka juice is a fictional drink which reportedly reduces toxins, cures cancer, boosts energy, and tightens the vaginal canal. Gil can be seen wearing this hat during his infomercial.
Gil's hat is made from polyester and nylon and features an adjustable sizing band at the back. Silk screened onto the crown of the cap is the Oo-Laka logo, which has been ironed on. This item measures approximately 8" x 6" x10" (20cm x 15cm x 25cm) and features minor wear from production use, including remnants of make-up inside the cap, but it remains in overall good worn condition.
