"In the privacy of a girls' school he sought his prey, turning innocent beauty into a thing of unspeakable horror!" David Peel dons the Count's fangs as the vampiric Baron Meinster in this sequel to Hammer's hugely successful "Dracula", this time set in an all-girls school and evidenced by the selection of young women on the British poster design. Although Christopher Lee is conspicuously absent, Peter Cushing returns as the inimitable Dr. Van Helsing as a foil to Peel's bloodsucker. This is actually one of the better instalments in the Hammer horror franchise, with high production values, sumptuous sets and costumes, first-class acting and an engaging horror storyline. Notoriously hard to find, this colourful and eye-catching country of origin UK Quad is a hugely desirable piece for the dedicated Hammer and horror fan.
