An original full-colour photograph of Down House, the 'Home of Hammer Horror'. This framed and glazed photograph adorned the wall at Bray Studios until the buildings and offices underwent modernisation and renovation in 2018 and was obtained directly from the Studios by our vendor, who was instrumental in the work. The exterior for Down House was used in several productions and perhaps best known from the scene in "The Mummy" when Christopher Lee's 'Mummy' smashes through the doors. This forms part of the Bray Studios Collection, which features select Hammer memorabilia items used and displayed at the iconic Berkshire Studios.
