An English soldier’s helmet from Mel Gibson’s 1995 biopic drama Braveheart. When his secret bride is executed for assaulting an English soldier who tried to rape her, William Wallace (Mel Gibson) begins a revolt against King Edward (Patrick McGoohan) I of England.

Helmets were worn by the English soldiers throughout the film. It is made from resin and fibreglass painted metallic grey and features faux-bolting along the edges. The helmet shows light chipping and paint wear, but it remains in an otherwise good condition.
