Blade Runner

Original Production Storyboard - Deckard Meets The Egyptian

Stock #78166

An original production storyboard copy used for the production of the sci-fi thriller Blade Runner. Set in an alternate version of 2019, blade runner Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) is called out of retirement in order to hunt down a group of rogue replicants. Vehicles are seen driving the streets of dystopian Los Angeles throughout the film.

This particular black and white printed page depicts Rick Deckard meeting Egyptian maker Abdul Ben Hassan (Ben Astar) in his shop to ask him about the snake scale found at Leon’s apartment. Marked as being for scene ‘56’ and number 106, the page features four framed illustrations with notes written alongside. The page appears to have been hole punched on the right side of the page, where it was grouped in a sequence, forming a comprehensive shot-by-shot version of the film's special effects. These fantastically detailed drawings come presented in a custom built display with laser cut mount board featuring the movie title. The frame measures 39.5 cm x 37.5 cm (15 ½” x 14 ¾”).
