A custom-made fiberglass xenomorph VFX severed head component from the 2004 sci-fi action film AVP: Alien vs. Predator. In the film, the Predator known as Scar (Ian White) beheads an alien xenomorph after murdering Charles Bishop Weyland (Lance Henriksen).

This finely-detailed replica of the iconic domed head is hand-painted black with orange insides, greased to appear slimy, and molded around a pipe for structure. Steel handles are affixed to hardened putty on the inside of the dome for handling during a VFX insert shot. This piece’s elegant ridged details and biomechanical apportioning hark back to H.R. Giger’s highly influential creature designs from the 1979 classic Alien.
While the paint remains sticky and bleeds when touched, the head remains in very good condition overall.
